Your Tasks

• Übernahme von operativer und strategischer Verantwortung für Recruiting, Onboarding, Personal- und Organisationsentwicklung, HR-Administration
• In close exchange with the international board, you build and live the corporate strategy and organizational structures according to our mission statement  
• Review legal requirements in HR policy/ NGO (depending on country) 
• Manage special private statements, police clearance certificates of the active persons 
• Contacting interested parties 
• As a recruiting professional, you ensure that the appropriate personalities are deployed accordingly and that the various teams can be expanded
• You represent SHARKPROJECT according to our mission statement and adhere to the CI/CO guidelines 

Your Skills

• Empathic, open, proactive, innovative and creative personality  
• Reliability, responsibility, interest and motivation for shark conservation 
• You are strong in communication, constructive and diplomatic 
• You are familiar with the topic around sharks 
• Fluent in written and spoken German 
• Encounters with sharks, shark experience 
• Professional experience with focus on HR, an acadamic study would be an advantage 
• Good knowledge of labor law (Switzerland, Germany and/or Austria) 
• Knowledge of MS Office 365, Teams, Trello
