The organisation was founded
on 2 August 2002, currently has some 2000 supporting and contributing
members.
The projects are coordinated by a member board limited to 12
members,
Gerhard Wegner, the founder of the organisation is the current
president.
All members support the organization in their own time on a
voluntary, non-renumerated basis.
